Excellent customer service and mower runs like new.
I want to praise the service department at Blanchard Equipment (Louisville) for excellent service! Not only did they fix my riding lawn mower, but when an issue with the warranty came up later (from John Deere corporate) they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make things right! Kayla is a magician, and the technicians are wizards! I HIGHLY RECCOMEND using Blanchard Equipment (Louisville) for all your service needs! If anything goes wrong with my mower ever again, I'll be sure to bring it back here!
I am giving three stars due to the quality and the high reputation of John Deere. And, I know several people that work here and know they are good at their jobs. My advice is do not purchase your tractor through Taylor. If we could have a redo, we would definitely request Jacob. Taylor is only concerned with the sale. Once the sale is completed, he is not concerned with your getting the actual tractor and any additions you may have purchased.
