Very good people.rather deal with then than the one in lyons
I have used Swainsboro Blanchard for many years and was pleased. However, 2024 was very unpleasant. I purchased a front end loader and hay fork and was mostly pleased. I would have liked a little more guidance on options. The big problem started when I took a JD Gator for new front end tire bearings and routine service. I was called to pick it up and planned to do so the next day. Paid $1805.79 invoice 2423906. When the person I asked to pick it up went to load it on the trailer the gator would not start. Parts Department is very helpful. These guys go the extra mile. Service Manager is no help at all. Very disrespectful to customers and has no sympathy for farmers needing help with equipment. Had 40 acres of hay on the ground this week to bale the evening before a rain. Needed him to run a code showing on the baler. Said he was leaving at 4 that afternoon and would get someone to call me the next day….. after the rain…… Ended up using a friends baler
All the staff was great. Took the time to thoroughly answer my questions. Will definitely patron Blanchards again
