I bought the quince package that included alterations and one of the ladies refused to honor that I had to drive back home to get the receipt that clearly stated that just to prove it to her! Very unprofessional on her part and she was raising her voice to me in front of other customers! I wish the owner was aware of how bad this lady is running her business. It’s gonna drive customers away!
Absolutely the worst service, do not invest in any packages here. They did not honor the package purchased and the customer service was less than professional. Your XV or Wedding day process is supposed to be enjoyable but this place truly made the experience terrible. JUST AWFUL!
