We went to get a stove and ended up getting a washer and dryer also! The sale girl was great and the delivery people were terrific also.
I wish there was a way to rate this business lower than the 1 star allowed. They posted an item for sale via Facebook marketplace. I called to confirm the price and item before driving 2 hours to pick it up. Upon arriving the price was increased by $220. Save your time and your sanity and avoid this company at all cost. This is the purest definition of bait and switch! Absolutely horrible experience!!!
The lady was really nice but the store is really gross. Very dirty very small and random selection on appliances most of them had serious problems like broken doors or missing glass things u really can't fix.
Today was my third appliance I've purchased from Blanca's. The store is logically laid out where it's easy to find what you're looking to purchase. The lady was helpful and friendly. The delivery guys were friendly as well. Keep in mind these are used appliances and you'll probably get about 3-4 years use. For what you pay it's equivalent to 5 months of going to the laundromat without the inconvenience. A pretty good deal in my opinion.
Bought both washer and dryer there, within 2 weeks both issues, dryer making loud noise, and washer won't spin, they picked up and said they fixed them, now my washer has stopped yet again 2 months later, same issue! I called today about paying the $50 fee to pick up and fix, she said 'no fix here no more'. I ask about trading out then since it's not working again, she said "no we can do nothing".
