Dr. Durand is an excellent doctor. The wait times are huge, but I know there is a shortage of ENT's to go around. If the staff could just stick their head in the door a couple times to reassure the patient of what is going on I think it would be easier to wait
She was pleasant , and solved my problem and discussed other treatment plans
