I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Durand. Her patient management is excellent—she took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns and asked insightful follow-up questions to get a full picture of my situation. She then developed a practical, step-by-step treatment plan tailored to me. If you are looking for an attentive and thorough ENT, she is fantastic.

Although the doctor was attentive and efficient during the actual inaction and check up. The appt was at 915 which is what time they called me back to the room however after speaking with the nurse for about 5 min to discuss the reason for my visit she told me told the doctor was "running behind and would be in soon". Cut to 10:05 and the doctor still hasn't come into the room not had anyone to apologize or explain the significant delay. I took my father-in-law to see Dr. Durand. She was so thorough and listened intently to all of our concerns. She explained to us in great detail her findings and what our next steps would be. She made us all feel so comfortable with her bedside manner. We received 5-star service from Dr. Durand today!
