BBCI did a commercial renovation for a local client of mine and I was blown away with their work. Never have I seen such attention to detail. They are a truly talented group of professionals.
Beware. Contractor will seem nice and make you feel comfortable to start off. Project cost will grow as he recommends certain additions. Proposals for additional work will be vague. Quality of work is a 5/10 at best. Sloppy management that will certainly take advantage of an uninformed customer.

I've used this firm for two projects: a shower remodel and insulation of a crawlspace. Both projects were well done and the owners were very responsive.
