Don't usually review, but just had one of the most pleasant experiences going to the doctor. I'm just travelling through, not a local. No other surgery was picking up the phone, these guys got me in within the hour. Friendly greeting at reception, doctor listened and explained his choices (plus a quick chat about the footy). Quick and easy, cannot recommend more to all of you living in Wagga.
The lady on the phone who answered my call was really really kind and understanding despite my sudden cancelation of an upcoming appointments. Even helped me to process the quick refund. Thank you for your help!
This is a wonderful and caring family practice. They always care for myself and my family when sick. The receptionists are friendly and efficient. The doctors are lovely. Can't recommend enough.
