I used to love Blame Vanity. I was a regular. The hair is great but customer service is ridiculous as far as ordering offline. I ordered the vanity bundle deal in February and got the hair in March but NO CLOSURE!!!! Emailed them back and she said she’ll send it out first thing the next morning and here it is April and haven’t seen my closure or heard from them. I don’t suggest anybody to order offline. Great Hair the last purchase for a good friend of mine that has now worn it for over 18mo with proper care. Do you still carry peruvian hair?

I’ve used this company before a few times in the past and never had an issue. However this time I placed an order on July 3, and I’m just receiving it today July 25th, 3 weeks later (almost a month has passed) I’ve been calling every week since I placed the order and was told multiple times that it would be shipping out and still nothing.
