Absolutely amazing experience. I really needed a haircut, and since I’ve been to this location before, it was no brainer I’d try it again. Katharina offered one of the best experiences ever! I had an absolutely terrible experience at this place. I went in back in January, showing the stylist a picture of how I wanted my hair. It took him 20 minutes to understand, which is completely unprofessional. Before coming, I specifically called around asking which salons are good with black hair, and they assured me they could handle it – clearly, that was a lie. Spent a week in Banff and our teenage son needed a haircut that we didn't have time to get prior to traveling. Stumbled upon this barber and thought what a perfect opportunity to get his hair cut. We explained what he typically gets at his local barber and left them to it.
