If you just want an oil change then I would say they are ok. Any other work you need done, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! They take a minimum of 6 hours just to check and see what is wrong with your car, minimum of 6 hours to fix your car, and when I got my car back after 6 hours my windshield was cracked. And not a tiny crack! The best part is the crack originated from the area they admitted they were working but still insisted that the crack was there prior to me bringing it in and blamed the weather for causin... read more

This place is a scam! My daughter financed a car thru them and also bought a very expensive warranty which she was told she had to buy if they were going to do the financing. Her car was in the shop 2 days later they kept it for a week, then it went back again as the problems werent fixed, this has continued off and on for several months now they refuse to fix the car or honor the warranty. Mr Blakey got very nasty and condescending to her, obviously this isnt his first time going thru this.

Their service department is a rip off! I also called ahead one day about getting an inspection sticker. I drove across town to be told that the car ahead of my was their last inspection of the day. It was 4:22. They told me to get there anytime before 4:30. I took off work and drove over for NOTHING! Once before, I drove over to be told they were out of stickers. Also, they are more expensive than Twin Cities for an oil change. The free car wash they included with my \$50 oil change was a \$5 drive through car wash next door... read more
