Jason Rop just finished a trust for my wife and I along with the necessary power of attorney's, medical poa's, wills, etc. I thought I had a basic understanding of trusts, but there is just too much to know! I was looking for what I should do to plan for my estate for when I pass, I explained what my situation was and what would be the best way to do that. Jason was really good about discussing each portion of what I could do. We decided from there what I should do for my situation. After loosing my ex husband in December I needed to make it easier for our son, and be more prepared for him to have to deal with everything on top of his last parent passing.
