The lady hung up on me just because I had a question about her estimation process. Pretty sad when you can’t be questioned as to taking peoples personal information just to get a quote. Wouldn’t ever work with people that have that shallow of a mindset.
We have dealt with this company for 14 years. They have essentially replaced almost the whole exterior of the house from gutters to roof repairs and replacement, and all new doors and windows. Robert and his crew do excellent work, keep the area clean, and actually returns calls and texts promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again in the future.
We have worked with BHI on two projects. The most recent was a bathroom remodel. BHI is helpful, professional and high quality. We plan to work with them again for future projects. Highly recommended!
We used BHI to install gutters on our unit. We found BHI to be professional and responsive, as well as flexible as we had to make some last minute changes requested by our home owners' association. The quality of the work is excellent. We plan to work with BHI again on other projects.
Saw a few of the reviews and thought to myself people are insane getting upset and giving 1 star because a company is busy.. I decided to call them based on the projects not what a person sick individual perspective is. The quality of work is absolutely beautiful!! I am so happy I decided to contact them..Maria was knowledgeable and accommodating she stayed with us for almost an hour going over colors and different types of windows..so happy with them all!!!!!!!!!!!!
