I really love lotta burger and from where I work I only get a 30 minute lunch break and the closest place is this lotta burger. Which I would be so happy about since it’s fast food that I do really enjoy and I’m usually the only one in the drive way. However they are extremely slow at answering the machine to take my order. Many times it takes my whole lunch break. I’ve started packing my own lunch but sometimes I would just like to enjoy some lotta burger. The workers are very nice their service is just really slow.
Took 40m to order and get food. Than when we got our food they didn't have the complete order and had to order more food
The lady at the front desk was so rude I drove up and and said hi h I had an order and she looked at me all mad close the window came back she was just rude acted like she didn't even want to be there or help me I should have just returned the food my appetite was gone people are so disgusting when they are rude why work in a place where you have to talk to people if you have no people skills
