I just visited Yale and University store was impressed by a staff member named Michael Otero. Great service and great customer service. He is a great employee who handled my order professionally and I received my order quickly and with no wait time

I don’t think this is a matter of having “high standards.” I ordered a basic vanilla milkshake, and I wanted to warn future customers & Blake’s about the possibility of cross-contamination. This location lacks consistency. Every visit, I am not sure if I will actually get what I order or will I be waiting in the drive thru line for awhile. Since I work close I frequent the drive thru, and there are times I will not receive a side item I ordered or when I order a burrito in the morning, I will ask for Green Chile sauce AND chopped green.
