To slow or getting the food out
Terrible service. Cold food and not what was ordered.
The meat i got on my order which was 2 lotaburger combo 3 Itsa burger combos and all the meat was dry looked very old was not expecting this i drove back to my house and every burger was the same dry meat patty I couldn't find the receipt so we had sandwiches from the house. I am just letting your customers know that the whole order i received was trash. Terrible !!! Messed up our initial order. Delivered our order after a 45 min wait and it was missing two burgers! The manager refused to apologize or give an explanation. Reluctantly gave us our money back after we decided we wouldn’t eat the food from the incompetent crew.
