First time eating here enjoyed the New Mexico Burger and Natural Fries.
Wasn't impressed with the burgers and fries. The milkshake was pretty good but all of it was way overpriced for the quality of food. Sure doesn't compare to Whataburger if that's what they're trying to replicate (given the name). Didn't actually get a lot of burger on they're supposedly regular/large sized sandwich.
Poor customer service. Ordered a burrito with no egg due to an allergy. Burrito with no egg was not identified. When I asked the attendant which burrito had no egg, he couldn't answer. The staff preparing orders, asked for my bag and just pinched the burritos open to determine which of the burritos had no egg. After that, the three of the preparers just laughed about it and mumbled in Spanish. This location is in northern New Mexico, a majority of people speak and/or understand Spanish fluently.
