Very rude managers. Got our order wrong twice then laughed and made it awkward. Please dont complain to one another about us and think i didnt understand what you were saying among your buddies in spanish. Thats is unacceptable. Waited 20 more minutes then they called the order and it was old and messy and the girl with the braid just laughed to her friend and called our name wrong.. Will dispute with card and make a corporate complaint. My husband was able to get the brief interaction recorded.
I was quite disappointed in both the quality of the food and the misleading pricing. The menu board stated $9.09 for a Lotaburger and it was supposed to be a double meat, but it was not.
I ordered a Lotaburger, fries and a shake. The burger was great and the shake was fine but the fries were cold, hard, dry, no seasoning, like cardboard. Tasted like yesterday's leftovers. The worst fries I've ever had. Never again.
