Used my tractor to snatch someone's vehicle and bent my brush guard crushed 3 hydraulic houses, bent¼inch thick bucket. Didn't bother to offer to fix it. Blamed it on an employee. Took a 6k dollar particulate filter out and said he would put it in a bag for me but sold it instead. Went in with just injector problems but ended up adding stiff. Said it would be 750 bucks total but charged me 1100. Very dishonest. Used medical reasons to manipulate me. Other than that he did get it running again.

If I could, I would give this business less than a 0. RUN, RUN, RUN away from this business. I went in with exhaust problems, he charged me an exorbitant amount of money for work he didn't even do. I got down the road about 60 miles, and truck was doing the same thing this company supposedly fixed. RUN DON'T WALK From this business. He doesn't tell customer what he is doing during work not price until finished. Overcharges and he is unscrupulous in his business dealings. He charged me $250 to drive my truck three miles. This business has the potential to be exceptional, however the customer service needs a lot of work. We only got updates on our truck if we bugged them with text messages. Sometimes waiting for 4+ hours for a reply. I have been in customer service my entire life and have never come across a business with such poor customer service. The work done on our truck was top notch. But communication with your customers sucks.

Could not have had a better experience. Very grateful for all the quality repair and assistance being so far from home. Fixed my mistake on my truck and runs better than new.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC. I PAID FOR REPAIRS AND LESS THAN TWO HOURS LATER, I BREAK DOWN AGAIN. I CONTACTED BLAKE AND GOT SHRUGGED OFF. GO THE OTHER WAY!!!
