Been 2x in the past week, service was nonexistent but many employees. They really need to teach them some better customer service skills. Cute place and good Ice cream though.
Bought (2) hot fudge sundaes today to go. My husband and I sat down to enjoy them and the hot fudge was bitter. Awful. Called to talk to manager. She thanked me for the heads up on the bitter hot fudge but didn’t offer us anything for the bad sundaes we threw out. $12 is too much for bad sundaes. Not happy!!!!
It was amazing as always and our waitress was amazing too!!! And the restaurant was immaculate!!! I was very pleased and it’s my favorite place in Manchester for breakfast and lunch ❤️
