We bought a home with Regent 3 years ago and it has been a negative experience from day 1. The first week we were here the plumbing backed up. Apparently, they didn’t properly bed the ground and the pipes slanted, which means water runs the wrong way. The solution to that is to dig up the entire foyer floors and foundation to fix it. Their hardy board guys nailed through our condensation pipes and within two weeks of moving in our downstairs carpet was flooded.
