I have lived at this property for a year now and up until now I have been experiencing several issues with the property management and their team. Issues with getting proper maintenance request completed in a timely manner. Issues with their contract with AT&T internet service along with adequate service.
These townhomes are so beautiful!! The community is currently under construction & the grounds are well maintained. There’s a cute park for kids & a large dog park. Dakotah is so friendly & helpful through the whole move-in process. There were a few things to be fixed, and they addressed them really quickly for us. Definitely recommend!! Edit: giving another shout out to Dakotah who is on top of everything!! She’s amazing & super organized.
Moved in a week ago. Dakotah is so helpful and answered all questions quickly. One small maintenance issue was dealt with quickly. Love the grounds - they are very well maintained. The townhome is beautiful and the appliances seem to be top of the line. No noise issues and we have neighbors on each side. I’m happy this is my new home.
