Our van broke down on a road trip (alternator went out). They put in a new alternator and got us back home. On the way home we realized that 3rd party alternators don't work well in Odysseys so we ended up having to return it. So they did their job well, the part was the issue. After returning it, I had to contact Blakeley's multiple times for them to send me a receipt of the work done and issue a refund. I don't think they would have done it, had I not contacted them.
