Is currently holding my bike from being towed not even a mile it’s going to be roughly 500 when I get it back because I work until 5 and I can’t get to his hours from 10-2 it’s not okay that the police have a contract with him at all and he will not call you back and 50 dollars a “” day”” when his day is only 4 hours it’s not okay at all

This man should not have a contract with Lancaster Police. My vehicle could not be released from his shop for a week because he is not available to take phone calls and he refused to wait on hold with my insurance company to be paid. He is only open for 4 hours a day and told my insurance representative that he is retired so he makes his own hours. In my experience if you have a contract with the government to be a service provider to the public you should not have that mindset. If you want to be retired then close your shop... read more
