Unorganized and unprofessional. We bring our two dogs here and every time we go, it takes forever to even be acknowledged by the front desk staff (my husband is there now with our dog for 45 mins and still waiting to check in…30 mins past our appointment). They also mix up our dogs records frequently and I have to ensure that each dog gets what they need. Downgraded to 1 star after I read the hilarious gaslighting response, which consisted of almost 50% shilling for their kickback pharmacy. I laid out my experiences, and the practice owner thought it was professional and respectful to say "Well, I not positive, but I know you're wrong." Very immature. Also, my new vet diagnosed 2 serious issues in my senior cat whereas the symptoms were dismissed at Blake. Stay away from here if you want good pet care. Dr. Blake is THE best! He has come to our rescue with our dogs more than once. Very accommodating and his experience and knowledge are immeasurable.
