I'm so greatful to both Dr. Richard and Dr. Candice Blake and especially the vet nurse Michelle for diagnosing and treating WeeMan my four-legged family member, my bestest friend in the world. I brought my dog, Mollie, in on the 12th for a second opinion on quality of life and had such a comforting experience. The doctor confirmed what I already knew, which is that it was time to say goodbye. She was so patient and comforting during the conversation. She looked over previous medical records, went over old xrays with me again, and reassured me I was doing what was best for my girl. The vet tech and front desk ladies were so so sweet that day, too. Every single visit here has been an absolute pleasure. The staff are amazing and the place smells fresh and clean, I only said that because other places don't realize it matters even if you care for animals. The Doctor is the best my babies have ever been attended by. He speaks with integrity and educated you about every symptom and why he would suggest options with actual solutions. I only said that because previous visits in other places were nowhere close to the experience we received. Thank you
