I found 3 small, approximately 3 week old, kittens and scheduled an appointment to get them checked out. The staff was super friendly and offered lots of advice on caring for them. The complimentary bags of science diet kitten kibble was great and they immediately started eating it when offered. We will be taking them back for their vaccines and complimentary flea and tick treatment in a few weeks.
Marley needed her anal glands extracted. She was having a hard time with it. Been there , done that. I wonder if the change in her diet was the problem.
If money is no object, this is the place for you. The Dr.s are very good and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I simply felt like I was overcharged for services and for things not needed. I changed vets and got the same, or better service for much less money. They even had a higher customer service rating than Blake's. No complaints about staff or quality of care but money seemed to factor into each visit. As in how much can we get out of this person. *Update after Clinic response. While I have had good experiences in the past, you chose a Doctor Who left my cat left with heavy breathing, coughing, barely able to eat and a swollen nose and gums with no antibiotics, no offer for alternative pain medicine as you suggested, or any sort of treatment. That is failure of care. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Their prices were affordable and they were very honest. I'm updating my review because we've switched all our pets to Blake Vet and I've never been happier. Literally the nicest, most compassionate people you will ever meet. I'm an anxious helicopter pet parent and I have zero worries when they have my pets.
