RecommendedThis morning, hauling a trailer loaded down, one of the trailer tires blew out. I called Blacks Tire Service, and Eddie came out, took the rim, and came back with a new, sturdier tire. Then I met him at Blacks and he quickly changed out the other tire. For a rescue and such speedy, professional service, I expected that it was goung to be very expensive, but the price was very reasonable! God Bless You, BTS and Eddie! I highly recommend this company. 5 stars is not nearly enough!

One experience I had here was getting new tires and 2 of my hubcaps flew off on the highway. It took them about 2 months to replace my hubcaps. Then TODAY I was charged $381 for an alternator that only cost $226. My family and I are regular customers here and I I’m very disappointed in how much I paid today. $780 for a new alternator and battery was absolutely ridiculous. The manager asked me if I worked at auto zone because I’m a woman who has a little car knowledge. I promise that I won’t be returning.
RecommendedFor the 4th (yes I said 4th) time in the last 6 weeks, I am ever so grateful to have the Tire Protection Plan on my tires from Black’s Tire....So grateful that the staff here is ALWAYS kind, quick to get me in and out, patient with my toddler and me in the lobby, and diligent about ensuring that my car is fixed correctly!! 👏🏻👏🏻 Seriously if you don’t get your tires from these guys... you need to.
RecommendedI would definitely recommend this place to my other parents with littles. I called at 8am and made an appointment for 12 the same day. My dealership I purchased the car from “they were to busy” The person who answered my call was very friendly . I arrived 10 mins early and they took my car right back. RecommendedExcellent service and extremely ethical!! My ex-husband is a mechanic and used to do all my work, so needless to say I was nervous going somewhere new. These guys take great care of you and are very honest. Prices are great as well.
