Jason is great, very knowledgeable and spends a lot of time explaining things and gives excellent recommendations. He warned me sanding and restaining the floor will be tough, which I agree, skip the DIY youtube videos, I will never do this again, but if you still want to, this is the place to go to for supplies and advice. This is how a business should be run.
