I had such a great experience with Blake Physical Therapy from January of 2026 until the middle of June 2026 following two knee surgeries and a neck and shoulder problem. Sarah and Brad did my intakes and made me very comfortable from the very beginning. My main PT through the six month was Jin. He was so patient, informative, friendly and helpful. I thought the physical therapist was excellent. The PT assistant was also very good. The receptionist/office manager at the Santa Monica location of Blake Physical Therapy is very helpful and easy to work with.
All of the PT specialist are polite, kind and friendly--as well as knowledgeable.
I received PT at Blake in Santa Monica for a period of about six months after sustaining a back injury that exacerbated two disc herniations in my lower spine. Brad, my physical therapist, was excellent. He is knowledgeable, gentle, and friendly, and made my recovery and rebuilding of strength into an enjoyable process.
