Extremely unprofessional experience. I received a call from their admin today Beth McMartin, and she was not only rude but also aggressively pushed for an early payment. She tried to force a rescheduling without any consideration, and when I asked for clarification, she abruptly said, ‘I’m done’ and hung up. Completely unacceptable behavior this is not how a professional company should treat its clients.
