I brought a sick stray cat in on 7/24/25 and all they were interested in was money, when would I pay, how much was I willing to spend, etc. I agreed to pay $150 for life saving treatment. When the cat was picked up they said he was 15 years old. Why didn't they tell me that in the beginning and I would have paid to have the cat put to sleep. The animal died less than 2 days later. I have been taking care of a pitbull for a friend of mine. She has never been to the vet. Her nails had begun to curl and I knew she was in pain and she would not let me cut them. I spoke to Marcello's and I explained that this dog is very aggressive towards people and other animals. She is a house dog she only goes out to potty and for sun and fresh air. -5 STARS This place is a big fat joke. We had the worst experience today, 4/8/2025 They would not honor the 3 year Rabies shot my fur nephew got last year when he lived in Florida. My sister-in-law was questioned on who trims his nails, who cleans his teeth, who bathes him when it is all done at home by them. She was also asked if she had written his right birthday down just because he doesn't have gray hair on his face.
