The first and only interaction I have had with this firm was a phone call from a woman who unprofessionally raised her voice at me because it was "inappropriate" to email my resume to them. I would say her name, but I was not even afforded an informal introduction. I don't know who she was. I was so taken aback I was lost for words -- I honestly though at one point that it was some sort of prank call -- but when she hung up on me, I quickly realized that her tone was 100% serious.
