Came into the emergency room for a head trauma and I was treated by Dr Kendall. He was incredibly personable , knowledgeable, and reassuring.
My husband went to Wellington Regional complaining of chest pain and having a hard time breathing. He saw Dr Kendall when he first came in and that was it. He kept asking the nurse for his test results or for the doctor. Not once would the doctor come in. He watched him sit at the desk talking and looking at things on his phone. It’s sad the doctors don’t want to ease their patients worry. It would be one thing if he was busy but for him to sit there talking and on his phone is ridiculous.
