Marjorie’s mistakes have cost us nearly 10k and she is now avoiding any calls or messages. Several years ago we got into an accident and called this branch to make sure that the policy we have will cover any hospital visits and she told us they would cover it. When the bill came, they told us that they won’t cover it and that it was never in our policy.
