I recently left one of their apartments, and wanted to write this review as a warning to anyone looking for an apartment in the Hartford area. First off the apartments are poorly taken care of, secondly if an issue does come up they will do anything to get out of fixing it properly. Third, read the lease!!! They require a new lease every year, and love to add new clauses that make sure you are paying them much more than the apartment is worth. This group is the definition of slum lords, avoid if at all possible.
