Got there for my booking, room smelled like an ashtray. I requested a change, and they were booked with no other available rooms. Refund takes 3-6 days… very frustrating process.
Quite a surprise for a Best Western Priemer hotel. Taylor made getting a last minute room easy. Valet parking is $50.00 Dollars Extra, but the Valet service was good. But if you use a parking lot/garage it's higher and you have to walk to and from the hotel. Room was very nice and clean. Room 310 had a view of St. Charles avenue and the passing Street Cars. NO free breakfast comes with this hotel, but connected to the hotel is "Cafe on the Square". A Great Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner restaurant, with good service. We stayed... read more
Rooms are too small for the price and clearly needs a renovation.
Location is a good area. Accessible to a lot of things. Service was pretty good no complaints Rooms need to be updated and maintained better.
