The room’s air conditioning was amazing and kept the temperature perfect throughout our stay. The beds were fine and comfortable enough. However, when we arrived, our room door was already propped open, which was concerning. We also noticed the room was quite dark — only about half the bulbs in the bathroom worked, and a few of the lamps in the room didn’t turn on at all. Checked in an hour ago. Our room is huge and clean. Their fitness center is great. The front desk was extremely welcoming and attentive. Location is great as well.

My time here was okay. The rooms were alright. The windows were covered with some kind of film and you could see out the windows. This was across the entire building. The beds were very uncomfortable and very hard. The pillows made me and my guest have neck pain. I didn't like how housekeeping wasn't coming everyday to clean the room. No sheets were changed, no new towels or washcloths, or no vacuuming the floor. The people that work there are pleasant and nice, I can say that. This hotel overall need a lot of work done. The front desk staff was nice and respectful. The hotel room was dark and depressing. The overall room layout was really bad as well. I’d rather have less things and it be more spacious. The arm chair was gross and had stains. The window was cracked and taped up. The housekeeping was horrible. I stayed their 4 nights and not once were my sheets changed and I know this because every night the same sheets with rust stains were on the bed.
