The view was messed up because the tint on the window was pealing, the toilet had human feces in it from the last customer and the tub had hair in it. The staff was friendly enough to take care of it and put me in another room.
the worst hotel! I booked and paid online and it said I had to pay the remaining 14 dollars at the reception. While at the reception they charged me the 14 dollars and made a retainer of $100 that they didn't tell me what they would do. I saw it when I was already in my room that I had $100 less in my account. It's been 26 days and I still haven't seen my money back. This was one of the worst experiences ever do not fall for the Google reviews they are lying. Where do I begin? We came on a Friday. They said that they couldn’t find our reservation and then put us under the wrong person the next day we try to get into our room but the card didn’t work. I went down to the front desk to get a new key card so that I can get into my room and the front desk Employee was so rude. Es un lugar, cómodo, bonito y limpio, el personal es muy amable desde el Front Desk, hasta las personas que hacen la limpieza. Muy económico. La habitación estaba limpia un aire acondicionado que funciona muy bien, televisión y Wi-Fi. Nos incluyen café para preparar en la habitación. No incluyen desayuno, pero tienen un restaurante que ofrece desayuno, almuerzo y cena comida deliciosa. Muy buen precio. Una ubicación céntrica y favorable.
great spot not too far from bourbon and canal Street rooms need full mirror on closet would be nice if they offered free parking or free light breakfast but it's not bad my stay was cool I'll stay again if I need to
