We bought some brie cheese here that was said to be made locally by "the brown barn over there". Knowing the incredible cheese industry in Vermont, we were excited to try the cheese and hoped it would be a treat. Unfortunately, it was absolutely terrible. Not sure if the cheese was made poorly or something happened in the aging process, but it reeked of sour mold. So much that it stank up our entire apartment. Oh boy! What an unexpected treat! We are from out of town. Waiting for our reservation at a local restaurant. We found Blake Hill Preserves. A wonderland of delicious jellies, cheeses and spreads. Samples and flights available. Special deals too. Staff was super nice. We loaded up with gifts for friends and family back home.
Great customer service & amazing product! They helped us provide mini preserve jars in our wedding welcome bags and were so accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommend! Special shoutout to LeighAnn for her assistance!
