Bought a recliner for over 500$. Manager Barbara that has worked there 30 years will not listen and is very pushy. Not even 6 months into having the chair it was cheap and broke down. They do not offer refunds at all and they are always out to lunch and in a hurry to sell before they close. Getting the chair repaired while I write this review. But went to Ollie's and found a more durable and sturdy recliner there for less than 200$. Check around because they do not care if the customer is happy.

We were trying to find a comfortable chair for our dad the staff helped and tooked their time with us and found us the best chair, that would reclin and was easy for him to get up and out of they even delivered it to his assisted living home.
Just purchased a bed, great selections. Owner is awesome. Love this store and the people involved. They worked with me financially. Also delivered and assembled. Great place.....
The owner is the best. She has always been friendly and have met all my needs with excellent prices and finances. No credit check was needed. All the other furniture places wanted to over charge and wouldn't put me on a decent plan I could afford
