My Wife Had me go into the dealership by myself to look for a truck because she wasn’t in the mood to wait around all day for nothing. Let just say Roland “Rollie” Rodriguez had me driving out of there with this beauty in about an hour! Never have we ever been in and out of a dealership that quick!!! I had a great experience with CDJR , Connor made purchasing a car smooth. I was in and out within 48 mins with a brand new car. I called Willow, and told him what I needed/ wanted. Really bad service ,(usually go to Baytown dealer awesome service) called to get a tire replaced made sure my tire warranty was open which it was went to the dealer sat there for 45mins they came out gave me my keys. said they don’t have that tire and haven’t called the warranty replacement service said they would call me back in an hour or so which they never did ,,,, they didnt call around for the tire to busy sitting at the desk doing nothing too do their job.
