My experience with Blake Exteriors has been unacceptable from start to finish. This project began in May 2025 and was finally completed on February 4, 2026 — and the entire process was defined by repeated mistakes, delays, and poor communication. Installation dates were changed multiple times. The wrong window size was ordered and delivered. Materials were delayed or missed. A window was ordered without standard night latches. Tyler and his dad are great! They are both so easy to work with and honest as they come. We highly recommend them for windows and doors!
We had replacement windows installed in our family room. Also gutter guards and levelling of the eavestroughs. Very happy with the workmanship and quality materials.
I required 2 new windows for the front of my house. Tyler explained the different types of windows and which ones I should order and why. His explanation was very easy to understand. I had many questions especially regarding the difference between double and triple glazed and whether or not triple glazed was heavier and would wear out the hardware faster as someone had mentioned to me.
