They do not return phone calls. They run off of being Willie Nelly. They do not have a schedule that they can put you down on and no one follows up to give you a call back. Very dissatisfied. The receptionist was new but was not training very well.
Travis suggested sound proofing the wall behind the AC unit to help with the loud compressor noise in house, the compressor is working Excellent just noisy. We did what was suggested and it works perfectly, very quiet. Thank you Travis
Tried multiple times to make an appointment. We needed an estimate on everything. They said they’d stop by and do everything. We said no we just need an estimate for now. They said they’d stop by in a week then…that was 3-4 weeks ago. Haven’t heard from them since.
The guy that came out to do our electric work on our kitchen remodel was amazing! He was very knowledgable, efficient, and timely. We really appreciated his work!
I called Blake Heating & AC on a Friday morning to get service for a home AC unit that was acting up. They were busy, it was the height of a heat wave, but said they would try to work me in right away, as we had no AC. Within a couple of hours their tech called and came out to assess our problem. He had 2 jobs in our area and he worked back and forth between them (certain things required waiting, ie ice on the condenser, etc) all afternoon until at least 6 pm to see that everyone got their units fixed and back into service. ... read more
