Great communication and demeanor. Gave me good advise. He gave me the option of doing a blood panel which I probably should have but Blake did not think it was necessary.
I had my first visit to this location as an urgent care visit approximately 11 days prior to my visit with Blake Wise. I mentioned that I was looking for a PCP and the urgent care PA mentioned they were taking new patients with several providers. I was back a couple days later for bloodwork and scheduled was able to get scheduled with Blake about a week later. Thus far all of my interactions with everyone at the facility have been wonderful.
