I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one. They came and looked at the work I wanted done, a fairly major job costing several thousand dollars. They gave me a quote, which I accepted, and we scheduled to begin three weeks later. I cleared my week so I could be available for them to access my home and complete the work. Let me preface by saying this was 1 of 4 estimates. Not only did Blake & Co. Exceed my expectations but Oakley and Dakota are very knowledgeable, friendly, funny and professional. They went above and beyond to do a great job on my service line. The communication between REMC and inspector were on point and it was less time than what I thought it would be start to finish. Thank you for outstanding work.
Thanks for nothing. Thank you for not showing up to do the job I scheduled. I'll just sit here and freeze until I can get someone willing to install an HVAC thermostat. I guess it's just too complicated for you, but I wish you would've contacted me to cancel in a timely manner instead of just not showing. You would've charged me a fee if I'd canceled like this on you... if you'd bothered to show up.
Blake & Co does outstanding work. They were able to run some new wires for me. I really enjoyed having the care and attentiveness of a local business. Oakley answered every question I had along the way, while doing the work to a very high quality standard. I will no doubt give them a call for any future work!
One of their drivers tried to run me off the road in a company vehicle, almost causing us to wreck on the highway. Hope they're better electricians than drivers.
