Dr Bergeon cares more about being legally protected than he does about patients. He’s rude, dismissive, disrespectful, and frankly ignores everything you say that can’t be proven objectively (such as pain). Office staff can be petty if you have any issues at all you won’t receive a response for 3-5 business days just to be told they can do nothing for you.
Great Doctor, takes a no BS approach which i could see some people may not like, i found it refreshing. After seemingly feeling lost with little direction, he was the appointment i needed.
