I love Dr Napolitano. That being said, I have been sick for 7 days and getting worse. I called for an appointment and was the told that in both of the offices there was nothing available for 2 weeks. They told me to go to the ER. I used teledoc, the nurse told me to be extremely careful as I could be developing pneumonia. She said if my symptoms dont improve afterbeing on Augmentin for 3 or 4 days to see my doctor. Bottom line its not my Dr its Northwell Health I have an issue with.
