Took my girlfriend's car here and they were going to charge us 850 for a fuel tank that we bought for 500 and control arm bushings for 130 that we got for 30. We bought our own things then they did stuff without us giving them the go ahead then charged us 1100 dollars in labor. 500 for the control arm bushings and 600 to put the fuel tank in. We literally called them an hour apart and they had done the control arm bushings in the 1 hour then charged us 3 hours in labor for it.

This was my first service appointment at Blaise Alexander Subaru. Brandon checked me in at the service desk and I couldn't ask for a nicer reception. The waiting area was warm and the snacks and drinks plentiful. I was very impressed overall with the customer service and timely routine maintenance to my car.

It’s rare I post reviews but I need to give credit when credit is due. The service department provides the best atmosphere around the central PA area. Tim is always taking lead and keeping you in the loop during the entire process. He absolutely knows what he’s talking about and is awesome to work with. If it wasn’t for the staff at the desk at the service department I would not take my vehicles there. Stop by give them a try I highly recommend for the professionalism and always helping the customer in any way they can!

Service advisors were very condescending about my complaints. Tech that was standing there inserted himself into the conversation and was downright rude. Called subaru's customer service line directly and they resolved my issue within 2 days and were very helpful. Last time I will use their service dept.
