Not really sure what to say about this dealership as a whole. I have had a bad experience from the time I traded my car to getting my purchased car serviced. There has been lack of honesty, poor treatment, and an un-willingness to look into my issue properly. One "repair" actually caused another issue with the vehicle. The other issue is a severe safety issue because of a handicap that I have. It has been there 5 times for the same problem. Worst experience ever. Insurance company sent Mr here after a minor accident, repair shop claimed damages could have happened even without the accident happening, after debate Insurance company authorized repairs. We are going on 5 months and still no word since telling me they are waiting on parts for a 17 jeep Cherokee. Would not recommend using this shop.
3-10-25 in for inspection and oil change. Once again great experience. They treat you like family. Great service, friendly staff. They are very transparent with service and pricing.
