I recently took my Lincoln MKC to this place. Cause it was bought there. We had transmission issues. Wellto make a long story short Marc the inital guy we spoke to really has no idea about cuistomer service. Then the Mechanic that went on a test drive told my wife it just sounds like a rock in the hub cap. They did absoluely nothing to help or offer a solution. So off the Blaise Alexander GMC we went. Low and behold we need a transmission.
Everyone is so nice. The facility is awesome. And my car also appreciates the excellent work.
