Always had a great experience at this dealership and their service department. Been coming here for years. A few times for a couple recalls on my custom painted ram and now most recent was with my brand new Durango with 2k miles. It ended up needing a left front axle under warranty and they ordered the part and got me scheduled. They even vacuumed and cleaned my interior after they were done with the service and added some shine to my tires. Thank you Bob and the team!
The service department was able to fix the issue I came in for but did not take the multi-point inspection seriously and incorrectly measured my brake pads. I did not appriciate the attitude of the staff. There is no reason to pay $300+ for work that is only $150 and have to tolerate this sub-par experience
