I called the sales representative to see if I could have a vehicle from their car lot shipped to my local Blaise Alexander dealership. I bought my car not even a week ago and the check engine light came on so I took it back to blaize to have them look at it and they quoted me $400 some dollars to fix a purge valve solinoid and the only deal they gave me was to pay half when i just had bought my car not even a week ago I'm never stepping foot in that dealership for as long as I'm alive. the service desk guy was super lazy and wasn't a very much help.
Quick fast and easy experience. Nate was great to work with and got us in and out quickly.
If I could give negative stars I would, False advertisement, they posted pictures of the vehicle, waited all week till I was getting ready to drive 3+ hours for them to tell me they're taking the expensive wheels off and they couldn't do any better on the price when it was already 2300 above blue book value. I waited all week to go see the vehicle and they called me as I was leaving my house to tell me. ruined the deal and soured a customer.
