Fanatic! Everyone was great!
Best service! Amber and Troy did outstanding in customer care in the service dept. They answered all my questions. Plus got the truck repaired the next day! Not to shabby for being an out of stater..from Virginia, when my truck broke down while on vacation. 5 stars is not a high enough rating! Plus the cost of repairs was very reasonable with complete explanations! Thank you!!!!
We were sold "a lemon" according to GM & Chevrolet Support Center, yet this location has made the process of resolving our issue very cumbersome "which is a problem with some of these franchise locations" - both quotes from our customer service rep who has been trying to help us over the last year. I can't say enough good about Blaise Alexander Chevrolet of Muncy! From the day I bought my vehicle, to any of my service appointments - the entire team is amazing! Friendly, courteous and customer oriented. Super easy to schedule appointments, they keep you updated (texts, calls). The best around!
